A 50% pre-payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to process the payment on your credit card, your booking will be automatically cancelled. You will then need to rebook. To avoid complications, please ensure that the credit card used for booking is presented at check-in.
Please note, the 50% pre-payment is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled arrival.
Refunds, when applicable, will be credited only to the same credit card used at the time of booking. All additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before departure.
Make sure to bring your South African Identity Document or Passport for verification during check-in.

Child Policy
A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 sharing with 2 parents are accommodated free of charge but pay for meals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done 7 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be given to no shows and same day cancellations. All payments not received by due date mentioned can be cancelled without notice, and the client may forfeit their booking.

No Outside Food or Beverages
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into any areas of the hotel, including rooms, lobbies, lounges, restaurants, conference rooms, and event spaces. This policy helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Allowed Snacks
Small, non-messy snacks (e.g., chips, nuts, fruit, or packaged snacks) are permitted for personal consumption in private guest rooms or designated snack areas. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of any waste responsibly in the provided bins.
Hotel Restaurants and Bars
Orion Hotels offer various dining options, including restaurants, bars, and room service, where guests can enjoy a range of food and beverage options. We encourage our guests to support these services during their stay.
Events and Conferences
For any events, meetings, or conferences held at Orion Hotels, all catering services must be arranged through our hotel’s catering department. Outside catering is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by hotel management.

Enforcement of Policy
Guests who violate this policy will be politely asked to remove any prohibited food or beverages from the premises. Repeated violations may result in additional action by hotel management.
